Odra Media Link Terms of Service

What is this document about?

These terms define the simple rules for using our site and ordering media monitoring services. If you browse this site, it means you accept our rules. We are the Odra Media Link agency based in Poznań at Półwiejska Street. We operate on clear rules because in the PR industry specifics count, not fluff. This document is a contract between you and our company and concerns both reading the blog and sending inquiries via the form. If you do not agree with these points, please leave the site. We monitor facts around the clock, so here too we focus on precision. All our services, such as image audits or Automated Press Office, are subject to these provisions unless we sign a separate contract for a specific project.

How to order monitoring and audits?

Our cooperation usually starts with sending a form or a short phone call. We do not have a simple shopping cart here because every capital group has different needs and requires a different approach to data. When you send an inquiry about holding monitoring or communication standards, Robert or Anna will get back to you within 4 business hours. We will then prepare a quote for the specific project. We treat every order as a separate task or a permanent retainer-type project. We provide prices in net amounts, and a monthly subscription for monitoring starts from 1430 PLN. Before we start acting, we must confirm the scope of work via email. Remember that data provided in forms must be true. We act fast because news doesn't wait, so please efficiently provide materials needed for analysis.

Rules for using content

Everything you see on this site – from articles about crises to descriptions of our working methods – belongs to Odra Media Link. You can read our tips and share them on social media, but do not copy them to your site without our consent. This is our knowledge collected since 2018. If you want to use a fragment of our report or an infographic for your own needs, write to us at [email protected]. We usually don't make problems as long as you name us as the source. Also remember that the content on the blog are our analyses based on monitoring 83 niche sources. They are educational and show how we work. We take no responsibility for how you use this information in your own company without direct consultation with our team. Simple rules, a clear media picture – let's respect each other's time and property.

Responsibility and facts

We strive for our monitoring to be the most accurate in the region. Every key mention is verified by a human to catch bot errors. However, we are not responsible for what journalists write about your company in external portals or local newspapers. We only provide and analyze these facts. We do not guarantee that after our audit all negative opinions will magically disappear from the network because PR is a process that requires time. Our site may sometimes have short technical breaks, although we monitor its operation 24/7. If you notice an error in a received report, report it to us immediately. We will correct the data within one business day. Concrete data, zero guessing – this is how we approach every order, but we always act within the limits of what media and internet users actually publish.

Termination of cooperation and changes

If you decide on permanent image monitoring, we offer a 30-day trial period. We want you to check the quality of our alerts without unnecessary financial risk. After this time, we switch to a monthly subscription from which you can resign at any time with a one-month notice period. We don't hold anyone by force with long contracts because we believe in the value of our work. We reserve the right to change these terms if legal regulations or our data delivery methods change. We will inform our 47 active clients of all important changes via email. We will try to resolve any disputes amicably over coffee in our office in Poznań. If that doesn't help, the common court in Poznań will be competent. We do everything in accordance with Polish law because order in documents is the basis for us.
